About you

Do you have prior experience and a track-record in delivering against targets in medium or big size real estate players and/or institutional clients? Spitogatos Intelligence, our data business unit that brings transparency to the real estate market, is looking for an business development manager that help us to growth our business in Greece. Working within one of the fastest growing international teams within the company, you will have the opportunity to partner with high potential real estate brands and institutions.


Your role will be focused on partnering with high potential institutions in the real estate arena to help grow their data knowledge and support their decision making. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure delivery of deals and strategic projects maximizing both customer experience and sales.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive Greek roadmap to increase customer engagement and portfolio
  • Acquire real estate institutional clients for the business unit
  • Ensure delivery of deal execution to targets
  • Identify insights from customer and business data
  • Generate ideas, build business cases and enable correct prioritization
  • Drive implementation of ideas including pilots
  • Take a hands-on approach to drive key business initiatives, managing all aspects of the projects such as planning, risk management and communication.
  • Act as project owner for strategic projects aiming at improving sales, customer and seller experience.
  • Track and report business development results and drive deep-dive analysis aiming at fixing defects and improve sales performance
  • Evangelize Real Estate and internal stakeholders to learn and master company data culture tools and systems
  • Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment

Job requirements

The right candidate will be a role model in Deliver Results, Earns Trust, Bias for Action and Invent and Simplify.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate valuations, RE consulting, sales or account management.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Architecture or related degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
  • Interested in new technologies and data analytics
  • Advanced analytical skills (Excel).
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as an account manager or senior consultant for institutional clients would be an advantage.
