About you

We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join our team at our office in Zagreb.

As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for building brand awareness for Indomio and Crozilla through effective communication and other marketing initiatives. The role requires strong collaboration with our Group marketing and communication teams (mainly based in Italy) and ensures alignment with the overall Group's strategy. 

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communications skills, “can-do” attitude and a soft spot for digital marketing and technology. 

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning the editorial calendar of the company’s communications
  • Creating high-quality content for the official communication channels of the company
  • Image editing or adjustment
  • Managing social media channels of the company (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Managing the different communities
  • Overseeing and updating the PR playbook and the company’s communication guidelines
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand their needs and those of our customers and support the creation of different communication materials
  • Supporting the Group Marketing teams to localize B2B and B2C campaigns and analysis for Croatia
  • Supporting the Group Product teams to properly localize the platforms for Croatia
  • Monitoring main KPIs and reporting

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or Communications
  • 1+ years of proven experience in the communication field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on different projects at the same time
  • Creative mind and able to bring ideas and new trends
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work with autonomy in a rapid growth environment
  • Good knowledge of social media trends and dynamics
  • Good knowledge of Meta platforms
  • Good knowledge of other KPI measurement tools
  • Strong curiosity for news, media and hot topics in Croatia
  • Fluent in English
  • Croatian mother tongue
