Job description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Greek Sales Team as a Junior Sales Account Manager, at our office at Elliniko. 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts primarily through phone communication, which will account for 70% of your time. Additionally, you will actively engage in sales activities to drive revenue and expand our client base. 

  • Identify new sales opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients over the phone.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and secure new business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular phone communication.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns promptly via phone.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the sales team members to meet and exceed group sales targets through phone sales efforts.

Please note that this is a “hunter” role, ideal for someone passionate about sales and eager to drive new business opportunities!

Job requirements

To be considered for the Junior Sales Account Manager role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales/telephone sales/call center
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and generate sales leads
  • "Can Do" attitude"
  • "Team Player" Mentality and proven ability to work both individually and in teams
  • Familiarity with CRM software, and sales analytics tools. Proficiency in MS Office
  • Completed military obligation (if relevant)
